Dinesh Singhal is the founding partner of Singhal & Associates. He recently joined the firm Ostentdorf, Tate, Barnett & Wells, L.L.P., and was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Singhal has over 13 years of professional legal experience which includes representation of American and international clients in complex civil and commercial litigation matters in various state and federal courts.

Prior to starting his law firm in 1998 Mr. Singhal worked with Leyh & Payne, L.L.P. He acquired valuable work and life experience by working for The Honorable Nancy Atlas, US District Judge for Southern District of Texas, and the American Civil Liberties Union on a Dean’s Scholarship for Public Interest Work. 

Over the last eight years, Mr. Singhal has actively pursued social and community affairs with various professional associations including Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association, Harris County Democratic Lawyers Association, Indian American & South Asian Chamber of Commerce and Houston World Affairs Counsel.
