Jewish Intrafaith Dialogue Panel: Modern Questions for an Ancient Faith

Off-Site Collaboration with the Boniuk Center
Tuesday, May 1, 7pm

This evening’s discussion will bring together Jewish clergy and practitioners from different communities to think through some of the challenging issues of modern life, including gay marriages/civil unions, women’s integration into services and Torah chanting, how best to observe the Sabbath, medical ethics issues, etc. The objective is to foster lively and mutually respectful intrafaith conversations to offer audience members food for ongoing thought about the ways they practice their own traditions. A reception will follow the program. The evening’s events are open to the public and free of charge. Please RSVP to the Boniuk Center at to reserve your spot if you (and/or any other guests) plan to attend.

Location: Congregation Emanu El, 1500 Sunset Blvd.
